Roof replaced with white EPDM reducing the heat island effect. This was done before we moved in so we don't have before and after costs to compare.

Installation of two Toto dualmax toilets: Half flush uses .9 gallons, full flush uses 1.6 gallons. Industry standard is 1.6. Estimated 5 flushes per person: 4 half flushes and 1 one full flush. Savings of 4550 gallons which equals 608 cubic feet for a cost savings of $38.78
