JMS assists private parties, municipalities, developers and businesses in the assessment, cleanup and restoration of brownfield properties to productive use. The key to a successful brownfield redevelopment project is coordination of the remediation with the redevelopment of the property. JMS makes coordination the central focus of our work, enabling our clients to reach their project objectives. A wide variety of grants, loans, economic incentives, and cost recovery programs are available for brownfield redevelopment. These fiscal programs are designed to promote environmental clean-up and to enhance the financial viability of contaminated property redevelopment. JMS knows the programs and the processes, and we help clients identify the appropriate grants or loans, assist with the application process, and follow through to funding completion.
