Food Waste Reduction Practices
We give away our egg whites to other bakers and a local daycare. This spring we will be volunteering in the community garden by helping with compost by adding our egg shells, coffee grinds and apple peels. We also will have our own plot! We plan to be part of the communities upcoming Farmers Market.

16 Light Bulbs are LED! We use Echosmart Bulbs. Usually on for 12 hours a day. Planning to install more LED lights towards the back end of th Bakery. We also have seasonal lighting that are LED Bulbs as well. MONEY SAVED: $49
