Join the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Bureau of Sustainability for our Sustainability Speaker Series (S3) event focused on helping restaurants reduce waste, increase efficiency, and lower costs.
This interactive event will bring together sustainability experts, restaurant professionals, nonprofit organizations, and state agencies to discuss practical strategies that restaurants can implement today. Attendees will learn about New Jersey’s Single-Use Utensils and Condiments Law, food waste reduction, recycling programs, and available incentives designed to help businesses operate more sustainably while saving money.
Whether you own a restaurant, manage a food service business, work in hospitality, or simply have an interest in sustainability, this event offers valuable information, networking opportunities, and resources to help food service businesses implement sustainable practices and navigate New Jersey’s new waste reduction laws.
